The SENKU-IEC3-IVc-500A CCS2 gun from SENKU Company adopts liquid circulation heat dissipation technology. By setting up a dedicated liquid circulation channel between the cable and the charging plug, the cooling liquid is used to remove the heat generated during the charging process. This not only effectively reduces the temperature of the charging plug, but also supports a charging power of up to 800KW, greatly improving the charging speed. In contrast, traditional CCS2 charging guns rely on air flow for heat dissipation, can only support a maximum charging power of 400KW, and have slower charging speeds.

In terms of charging time, SENKU's liquid cooled HPC plug has been continuously optimized, and the voltage has been increased from 400V to 800V and 1000V; On the other hand, the current has increased from 80A to 250A, even reaching the super charging level of 600A.
SENKU's liquid cooled CCS2 HPC charging plug can be continuously charged at 600A under dual guns, and under specific strategies, it can achieve short-term charging at 800A, which can charge a 100KWh battery pack to 80% capacity in about 10 minutes.
