This 60A 62196 CCS EV Charging Connector specially designed for DC fast charging of electric vehicles; It use to install on EV charging stations as charging plug, it compatible all the CCS2 vehicle charging inlet socket.

Understanding the EV Charging Connector Production Process

Step 1: Cut the cable according to the length requirements on the drawing
Step 2: Place the cut cable on the cable rack for backup

Step 3: Install the waterproof ring onto the conductive terminal of the EV Charging Connector

Step 4: According to the drawing requirements, laser print the correct text, patterns, barcodes, etc. on the charging connector casing;

Step 5: Recheck if the cable length is correct. If it is correct, insert the cable into the stripping machine and strip off the outer shell before flowing into the next Step;
If the cable length is incorrect, it needs to be placed in the non-conforming product box and not allowed to flow into the next procedure.

Step 6: Recheck whether the operator of the previous step has installed the terminal waterproof ring correctly. If it is correct, put the terminal and heat shrink tubing on the stripped cable, put it into the crimping machine to crimp the cable and terminal together, and then place the product in the operation box to flow into the next step;
Unqualified terminals are not allowed to flow into the next program and must be placed in the unqualified product box;

Step 7: After all terminals are crimped, use a hot air blower to fix the heat shrink tubing at the crimping point;

Step 8: Check if the operator in the previous process is working correctly and completely, and inspect if there are any defects in the charging gun casing. If there are no issues, assemble the charging gun casing as required;
If the shell has defects, it is not allowed to be used and must be placed in a non-conforming product box;

Step 9: Check if the screws assembled in the previous process are installed correctly to ensure there are no omissions; Then insert the heat shrink tubing into the tail of the cable and fix it with a hot air blower; Next, place the number tubes on each cable separately, fix them with a hot air blower, and then proceed to the next program;
If there are products with unqualified shell assembly, they need to be placed in the unqualified product box;

Step 10: Check if the heat shrink tubing and number tubing from the previous process are correct, and then conduct conductivity and electrical performance tests on the product during comprehensive testing;
If there are products with missing number tubes, they need to be placed in the non-conforming product box;
