Charging Steps
1.Select a charging gun on the 240KW Ev Fast Charging Stations or mobile app
2. Insert the charging gun into the electric vehicle charging socket of the car
3. Click to start charging on the charging station or APP (after inserting the gun, it is necessary to click to start charging as soon as possible to prevent the car from judging the communication timeout of the charging station)
4. The charging station will automatically start charging after confirming the connection with the car and other necessary communication
5. Click on the charging station or app to stop charging
6. Pay for charging fees (if required)
7. Charging completed




Common faults and solutions of DC Charging Stations
1. Display screen malfunction
Possible cause: Interruption of screen communication.
Solution: 1. The communication cable terminal of the screen is loose. 2. The control board crashes and needs to be powered off and restarted.
2. Indicator light malfunction
Possible cause: AC power failure of the equipment.
Solution: Check whether the circuit breaker inside the Ev Fast Charging Stations or the upper distribution box (cabinet) has tripped. If a trip is found, please investigate the cause and then close it. It is recommended to find an electrician to investigate.
3. Lock the EV charging gun
Possible reason: The charging gun head button cannot be pressed.
Solution: Manually unlock according to the unlocking method of the gun head.
4. No response when inserting the charging gun
Possible reason 1: The resistor of the gun head has failed.
Solution: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the gun head, determine the problem with the gun head, and replace the charging gun.
Possible reason 2: detection failure on the main control board.
Solution: Replace the main control board CC1 for testing. If it fails, replace the main control board.
5. Abnormal stop charging
Possible reason 1: Abnormal insulation testing.
Solution: The system insulation does not meet the standard requirements.
Possible reason 2: The temperature of the charging gun head is too high.
Solution: Abnormal charging gun head.
Possible reason 3: Charging overcurrent.
Solution: 1. Data collection issues caused by meter problems.
2. Caused by the output of the charging module.
