The automaker said that the new EV Charging facility would play an important role in connecting Norway and NiO's future EV charging and battery exchange networks in Europe.
In May, 2021, NiO officially announced its entry into the Norway market, marking the beginning of its overseas offensive. The user delivery of NiO ES8s started in the country on September 30 last year.
NiO plans to introduce its vehicles and services to more European countries this year, including Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.
According to the latest news on NiO's official website, as of August 17, electric vehicle manufacturers have deployed more than 1060 battery exchange stations and 962 super EV chargers in China.
