The production line is a circuit breaker production line that combines independent working islands AGV trolley transportation. The production process is divided into 6 working procedures and 8 independent working islands are set up.
It is automatically transported back and forth between independent operating islands by AGV trolley. This line is close to and arranged in parallel with the 12/24kV circuit breaker production line, sharing the running-in room and the pressure room, and setting up operating areas in the two rooms.

Brief description of the number of work stations
The pole assembly 240.5KV circuit breaker frame is put on the line by KBK hoist. The pole pole is put on the line with pneumatic mechanical assist, assisted mechanical assist positioning, and AGV trolley transportation.
Running-in test 2 AGV trolley transportation, manual connection of electrical lines, and shared 12/24kV circuit breaker running-in room. The number of running-in is 300 times.

Contact arm assembly 1 mechanical characteristic test automatic test, assisted mechanical auxiliary positioning, contact arm assembly, AGV trolley transportation.
Withstand voltage test 1 AGV trolley transportation, manual wiring for withstand voltage test.
Standard cabinet verification 1 plum blossom contact assembly, tooling automatic action, manual shaking operation, AGV trolley transportation.
Off-line 1 AGV trolley transportation, finished product off-line manipulator, surface (sealing) board assembly.
