DC fast chargers require larger conductors to carry higher currents, but this can also result in cables becoming bulky and inconvenient for users to use. Liquid cooled charging cables can effectively reduce the temperature at the DC contacts of cables and vehicle electrical connectors by using thinner wires and liquid cooling technology, while reducing the weight of cables, making them easier to operate and use.

 

Principle of heat dissipation for liquid cooled CCS plugs charging cable:
Drive the flow of coolant through an electronic pump. When the coolant passes through the Liquid Cooled 500A CCS Plugs cable, it takes away the heat from the cable and charging connector and returns to the fuel tank (for storing coolant); Then it is driven by an electronic pump to dissipate heat through a radiator.
