The core technical barriers of the Electric Car 30KW AC to DC Power Converter lie in the topological structure design and integration capabilities. The key components of the charging module are power devices, magnetic components, resistors and capacitors, chips, PCBs, etc. When the charging module is working, the three-phase AC power is rectified by the active power factor correction (PFC) circuit and converted into DC power to supply the DC/DC conversion circuit. The software algorithm of the controller acts on the semiconductor power switch through the drive circuit to control the output voltage and current of the charging module, thereby charging the battery pack. The internal structure of the charging module is complex, and a single product contains more than 2,500 components. The design of the topological structure directly determines the efficiency and performance of the product, and the heat dissipation structure design determines the heat dissipation efficiency of the product, which has a high technical threshold.

The 30KW /20KW AC / DC to DC power module is the inner power module for DC EV Chargers and charging containers (CCS2 / CHAdeMo / GBT / CHAOJI ) etc...
It can convert AC energy into DC, also can convert higher DC voltage to lower level in order to meet the battery pack charging requirements.

One power module in a carton, the carton with foam box inside, can well protect the product to avoid damage; Quantity up to 30pcs will packed with extra pallet for easy move.
Then put a pallet every 24 cartons and take good protection to ensure the safety of the module during transportation.
