One power terminals L: the Lcable is responsible for carrying the electrical power used to charge the electric vehicle (EV);
One Neutral terminal N Or L2: the "N" cable provides a return path for the electrical current in a single-phase alternating current (AC) system. This is essential for completing the electrical circuit;
One ground terminal PE (GND): the PE cable, also known as the Ground wire, is responsible for providing a path to safely conduct any fault currents away from the vehicle and charging station.
One Control Pilot terminal CP: the CP cable is responsible for facilitating communication between the EV and the charging station.
One Proximity Pilot terminal CS: the CS cable is used primarily for detecting the presence of the plug and providing a means to detect disconnection during charging.
