Shock Protection: When properly connected to the vehicle charging port and grid socket, all interfaces and terminals are fully shielded from accidental contact. Equipped with Type B RCD (Residual Current Device), the system identifies fault currents and halts charging to prevent risks.

(North America Only) Ground Monitoring: The IC-CPD system checks the resistance of the protective ground conductor. If resistance levels exceed safe thresholds, the charging process is automatically stopped.

Overheating Prevention:  Temperature sensors embedded in the ICC box continuously monitor heat levels, ensuring that charging halts if overheating is detected.

Short-Circuit Management: The IC-CPD is equipped with robust short-circuit protection, safeguarding your EV against electrical shorts during the charging process.

Overvoltage Protection
 

The system also defends your EV from excessive voltage, ensuring the electrical components remain safe and undamaged.
