Basic Introduce

REG1K0100G/U UL 30KW AC To DC Rectifier is specially designed for electric vehicle charging stations. It has high efficiency, low fan noise, high power density and high reliability advantage. It is a 3 phase 4 wire AC input, from 150 to 1000VDC wide DC output voltage range and up to 100A current output AC to DC rectifier.

The 30KW power module's EMC/EMI satisfy TUV CE certification with class B level, and safety satisfy both TUV UL and CE certification.

Application:

 

Charging stations can be divided into DC stations, AC stations, liquid-cooled supercharging stations, etc., which are suitable for residential areas, parks, logistics ports, public fast charging stations, bus charging stations and other scenarios. Charging modules are mainly used in DC charging piles for new energy vehicles, liquid-cooled supercharging piles, energy storage stations, and new energy microgrids.

A charging pile is usually composed of multiple charging modules in parallel. For example, a 120kW charging pile can be composed of 8 15kW charging modules or 4 30kW charging modules. The greater the output power of a single charging module, the higher the power density, which can effectively optimize the space inside the pile. At present, the charging module has gone through the first generation of 7.5kW and the second generation of 15/20kW, and is constantly evolving towards 30/40kW and even higher power.

 

In addition to the traditional function of charging electric vehicles, the electric module is also developing bidirectional charging technology. The development of bidirectional modules further enables V2G technology and V2H technology to be realized, playing a positive role in peak shaving, balancing power load, and improving the efficiency of charging piles.

With the advent of large-scale electric vehicles, simple charging piles are obviously unable to support the development of large-scale electric vehicles, and the charging network technology route has become a consensus in the new energy vehicle charging industry.
