What is output prevent reverse irrigation?
When the external voltage is higher than the output voltage of charging module, it will not cause damage to the module.
What is Group sharing function?
Grouping modules is supported in the system. When grouping output, the module output power lines are required to be isolated from each other. Only CAN bus is connected between each module. The output voltage and current can be controlled independently between each group of modules, which can realize grouping current balance sharing output. It is suggested that the number of modules in each group≤24.
How to Maintenance and replacement the EV charger power module of Superchargers ( All type CCS CHAdeMO GBT etc fast chargers)?
1.The dust-proof net of the cabinet should be cleaned and dusted regularly to avoid dust accumulation at the air inlet, which will lead to high internal temperature of the module
2 in case of unrecoverable failure, please replace the module directly
-Module without hanging ears: rotate the module lock to the open state, hold the handle with one hand, drag the module with the other hand, slowly take out the module, slowly push the new module into the insertion frame, and then rotate the new module lock to the locked state.
-Module with lugs: rotate the module lock to the open state, loosen the lug screw, hold the handle with one hand, drag the module with the other hand, slowly take out the module, slowly push the new module into the insertion frame, rotate the new module lock to the locked state, and tighten the lug screw.
